We have completed a number of power supply and charger testing projects. We tested power supplies for medical equipment on production where insulation/puncture and leakage current measurement tests were crucial from a safety point of view. Test procedures were prepared in accordance with applicable standards.
To fully test a power supply/charger you need:
- Programmable electronic load (e-load)
- Simulation of a power supply network with different parameters (AC source)
- Data acquisition system (DAQ) with DMM meter
- Hi-Pot tester
- Leakage current meter (leakage current)
- Interface for communication with the power supply and its software adjustment
