Hardware-in-the-Loop Testers

Hardware in the Loop tests (HIL tests) use simulations of real-world signals necessary for fully functional operation of the product under test.

HIL testing involves combining real hardware with a virtual simulation environment. This makes it possible to realistically test the functions and performance of the equipment, without the risk of physical damage, and it is possible to generate test scenarios that are very difficult or even impossible to generate in the real world. This tool is used in a variety of industries, making it possible to reduce time to market, eliminating errors at the design stage. The HIL tester has found application in a variety of industries, from the automotive industry to the aerospace industry. In the case of vehicle control systems, for example, the HIL Tester allows simulation of realistic driving conditions, making it possible to accurately test ABS, ESP, airbag systems or engine control systems. In the aviation industry, the HIL Tester is essential for simulating various flight conditions, making it possible to comprehensively test navigation, flight control or safety systems.
