As the complexity of new products grows, so do the testing requirements, which are becoming increasingly challenging. Test procedures are becoming more complicated and require complex and comprehensive test systems.

The goal is to guarantee the high quality of the final product leaving the production line. Sparkflow has been observing industry changes and trends for many years, and over the years has created dozens of EOL test station designs for many components for the automotive and electronics industries.

We build complete EOL (end-of-line) test stations using tools such as NI LabVIEW, NI TestStand, Python and measurement equipment from National Instruments, Keysight, Dewetron, EA Elektro-Automik and many others… We design the test stations along with test fissures in Solidworks environment and prepare the electrical design in SEE Electrical software. Depending on the production volume, we can design a manual, semi-automatic as well as fully automatic fisstructure based on Ingun components.
