Process

We have implemented a project process based on the AGILE methodology. When creating a project schedule, we define milestones.We divide a large and complex project into smaller grouped tasks whose completion is necessary to complete a given stage. This allows you to easily monitor the project progress. Dividing into smaller tasks and individual sub-stages (sprints) allows you to more quickly obtain the result, which is the basis for discussions during project meetings. Sometimes this is a high-level prototype of the solution. This approach minimizes project risks.
